Along with rapid development of the modernrn mobile technologies,the Mobile Electronic Commerce is widely used all over the world,esp.thorough application on commerce,besides, the Business Model also presents more and more diversified.As a gold mine with broad prospect,the profit model of mobile technology is worthy of further research.This paper starts from the concept of Mobile e-commerce to introduce its value chain composition and the main function of the value chain,summarize its application mode,discuss the profit mode and propose problems it faces,expect to provide reference for future development of the Mobile e-commerce.
