In the process of production, Aluminum Electrolytic accumulates a large amount of historical production data. The personnel in production technics must recur to a variety of analysis and statistical tools to process a large number of production data. In this basis,they can make the scientific decisions. In recent years, the technology of data mining is widely applied in various fields. It has unparalleled advantages of other technologies in dealing with huge amounts of data and knowledge discovery. Therefore, aim at a large number of historical data in the electrolytic production and lack of effective utilization, this article adopt the technique of data mining to analyse and dig the data of aluminum reduction cell AE (anode effect),the data of slot daily production and the data of measurement daily production,with a view to discover the hidden law between the data and provide valuable information and knowledge for the decision-making of aluminum crafts.The main contents and innovation of this article are as follows:1) Based on the electrolytic process and aluminum production, this paper introducs the technical parameters and data characteristics,and focuses on the occurrence mechanism of anode effects and brings the pros and cons of aluminum production. At the same time,on the basis of the study of data mining technology, this paper introduces briefly related concept of data mining,tasks and steps,the algorithm model and so on.2) Based on the theory of data mining, we study the related technologies ,such as data extraction, data pre-processing and data discretization.3) In this paper, we focus on the classical algorithm --- the algorithm of Apriori association rules. Combined with the characteristics of aluminum production data,we investigate the multidimensional association rule mining, actualize the Apriori-based multi-dimensional association rule mining and improve this algorithm. The running of the results show than the improved algorithm can be greatly improved the efficiency of the collection of effective candidate items.4) It gives the design scheme and related realization technology of analysis and mining of AE effect in Aluminum reduction cellOn this basis , we design and develop the software development of analysis and decision-making of AE effect in Aluminum reduction cell.And we use it to process the actual data in aluminum production and excavate a large number of valuable AE association rules. Through the analysis of such association rules,it can effectively guide the production of aluminum and provide the basis for the production of the scientific and intelligent management.
