The research and the development data acquisition and control system for oil-gas-water of three-phase flow simulation well is designed to adapt to the needs of domestic oil-field development, guaranteed the accuracy of the measurement logging tool and the further improvement our work, is to resolve the oil-field development in the dynamic monitoring of problems faced by one of the important means.In the oil-gas-water of three-phase flow simulation, focusing on the measurement of gas flow, the system uses the critical nozzle flowmeter of the metering equipment to achieve the proper function. Through the ideal gas state equation and the critical nozzle flowmeter theory and thermodynamic theory of fluid mechanics studies, combined with hardware acquisition board temperature and pressure sensor signals, the simulation of gas flows through the shaft of the test point method of calculating the gas flow.In data acquisition and control systems, data acquisition and control system design is the stability of the first issues to be considered only when the system is stable under the premise of accurate calibration in order to improve system performance. In view of the above issues raised by this article in-depth study of the PID control algorithm of the basic principles of analysis of the efficiency of control algorithms that affect the various factors. Among them, the focus on the parameters of the PID control algorithm tuning factor methods and to improve the algorithm, combined with the study of dichotomy search algorithm, the PID control algorithm to an optimization algorithm parameters.Based on the above theory, the development of the use of VC technology developed under a set of data acquisition and control system software for the MS-Windows Operating System, all the major technical indicators have reached the design requirements, and put into formal operation of logging equipment in the development and testing played an important role.
