Develop And Research Of The Agent Integrated Management System Based On BS Construction

In recent years, the domestic Insurance companies were faced with the problems in their Information Management System of how to keep the maintainability, stability, scalability and performance. On the other hand, there were few systems which were domestic self-developed, well-functioned and able to provide intelligent analysis. The vast majority of companies still choose to buy related products directly from abroad. Therefore, we proposed a development of B/S structure of the Insurance Information Management System based on .Net framework. We also suggest the introduction of data mining business intelligence analysis function to support the customer analysis and develop the system based on the real case of Agent Management System of NISSAY-SVA company.System is designed on the base of .NET three-tier structure and the application of component-technology of AJAX, MVC and interception filter and so on many kinds of design pattern technology. It also applies the data mining technology to life insurance customer analysis. Software is divided into 5 parts of agent information management module, agent performance wages computing module, agent insurance warranty management module, agent evaluation module and customer analysis module. There are about 40 web interface and assistant applications and 18000 lines of source code. Author is responsible for the development of agent information management module, agent performance wages computing module, customer analysis module and about 30 application interfaces, 10000 lines of source code. Agent information management module and agent performance wages computing module are divided into sub-module of user view, controller and business models using the ASP.NET and. NET components. The realization of the design process includes database design, achievements of part of the model of business entities and process components and ASP.NET and AJAX technology, as well as the final deployment of the system and debugging. In customer analysis module, author is responsible for design of database and realization of data acquisition as well as the research and realization of critical FP-growth association rules clustering CLIQUE core algorithm.After the establishment of agent's management system, the cost of human resource of NISSAY-SVA company has reduced by 5%-10%. The company avoided many occurrence of error and improved its working efficiency. It also integrated the operation process. The customer renewal rate increased 5.5% through the intelligent analysis to its life insurance customer. Related products sales increased 3% which provides a new idea for the further development of insurance products and brings some economic benefits to the company.
