NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR) has been applied in many fields, such as Physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, and etc, since being observed firstly in 1946. NMR spectrometer demand is growing steadily as the development of science and technology. But NMR spectrometer in our country is still depended on importation. This thesis is to construct the platform of NMR spectrometer, research on the core components and pivotal technique, develop the NMR software and the spectrometer which has automatic shimming technique. This research can provide basic technology to the projects of constructing NMR spectrometer in an extreme strong magnetic field, and break the ice that NMR spectrometer still depends on importing.The one difficulty resolved in this thesis is the hardware components such as console and probe head, the other one is the software of system including complicated methods of data processing, such as Fourier transformation from time domain signals to frequency domain signals, phase correction, baseline correction, peak-picking, reference, Integration and so on. The NMR experiments need not only complicated data processing but also graphical operations on one dimension or many dimensions. Main of this thesis is to construct a frame of NMR graphics, implement NMR graphic display and operations on one dimension and two dimensions, even many dimensions with NMR data processing.We need to consider special demands of graphic display and processing while constructing the frame of NMR graphics. On the one side, the result of NMR experiment has huge data size and drastic data transformation. Based on this point, this thesis brings forward an algorithm of non-destructive vector data compression based on feature extraction in this paper, the NMR experiment information can be protracted into computer instruments efficiently and non-destructive . On the other side, this thesis puts forward a new processing method of data interpretation when the ratio of protracting data size and screen horizontal pixel value less than some limit to eliminate the jag of data size shortage when displaying partial information, this method lets series signals revert efficiently in the experiment. Furthermore, this thesis puts forward an adaptive coordinate marking method based on internals. Finally, a frame of NMR graphics is constructed, the result show that this frame can be used efficiently in NMR experiments of graphic displaying and operation on one dimension, two or even more dimensions.
