Utilizes the sole DSP development board to complete many functions, regarding the DSP chip is in itself a stern test, therefore, how carries on the selection and the suitable optimization to the object detection and the track algorithm lightens the system burden, becomes another key content which the present paper discusses. This paper to the target detection and in the target identification track algorithm's discussion, introduced with emphasis applies in this paper TV tracking system's value filter denoising technology, based on the image block match frame the method of difference, based on the gate track and the related track target tracking algorithm, based on Kalman filtering's target tracking forecast algorithm, and has carried on the suitable optimization to the related algorithm, causes to rest on these algorithm establishment the software to be able in the system the smooth movement.This paper provides based on DSP chip TV tracking system's solution, because uses the sole DSP chip to complete many tasks, therefore can only to single, simple target carry on the good recognition and the track. However, this system's success in the future design of software and hardware more complex, target identification and tracking accuracy of the higher TV tracking system has a very important guiding significance.
