| Information security evaluation is the basic work to guarantee the network security and information system security. By researching side-channel attack equipments, specific implementing platform is provided for information technology products and the security evaluation of information systems, which improves the information security technology a great deal.In this thesis, we research and design the analysis platform of side channel attack according to the characteristics of side information. It includes the hardware and the software of the automatic data acquisition system. We debug the hardware and the software. In order to test and analyze the cryptography devices with different interface types, we design several common adapters such as USB, ISO7816, PCI. We also present a 3D electromagnetic testing platform to do electromagnetic test of cryptography devices steadily and reliably. We propose a new method to extract secret key for DES by chosen plaintext-timing attack, and do verification by using the testing platform of side channel attack. Furthermore, we give a method to resist chosen plaintext-timing attack with an analysis of its efficiency. |
