In the feeder system, along with operating frequency's enhancement, the influence of mechanism factors on its electricity performance is getting more and more remarkable. The traditional equivalent circuit analysis method, which is based on an assumption of idealized structure, would lead to big errors. Thus it cannot be used to analyze the influence of shape tolerance and size tolerance on system's electrical properties accurately. Therefore, this thesis has studied the influence of the strip transmission lines and capacitive irises in rectangular waveguide.Firstly, the convex method based on non-probabilistic set-theory is introduced, and the relationship between the tolerance and characteristic impedance of strip lines is derived. Secondly, a calculation method of equivalent susceptance of iris based on Inverse Schwarz-Christoffel is proposed, using a genetic algorithm for solving optimization model. Simulations and experiments are presented, showing the effectiveness of the proposed method. Finally, an integrated design approach of the rectangular waveguide low-pass filter is presented. Parameters of the structure are initialized using traditional methods, and then renewed by ISC, and then renewed by ISC with fewer tune-ups.
