Design Of Communication Platform And Realization Of Adaptive Control Based On Cognitive Radio

Cognitive Radio is a radio that's aware of and can sense its environment and location, learn from the environment and then alter its power, frequency, modulation and other parameter so as to dynamically reuse available spectrum. The communication platform based on DSP+FPGA in this paper realizes several kinds of modulation. And the communication platform, cognitive platform and radio frequency platform make up the whole cognitive radio system.Firstly, the paper introduces the concept and evolution process of Cognitive Radio. Secondly, it introduces the communication platform and the development of the circuit schematic and PCB, including DSP,FPGA,AD9857,AD9235,UART ST16C550 and Ethernet DM9000, and then summarizes the debugging experience of the chips on the PCB. Finally, the codes in the DSP and the realization of the data transmitting with adaptive modulation are introduced.
