An Exploration And Realization Of M-zMPPS Diagnosis Testing System

In recent years, there are more and more price packet service of telecom industry ,which are becoming increasingly complicated. It is an urgent problem that to try to find the reasons for those who has been misleading and to take effective remedies publicity, to avoid the resulting dissatisfaction and complaints to improve services.In this paper, an innovative way to a new generation of test theory cognitive diagnostic test applied to the user price packet service understanding of the business rules.Considering the rules space Q-matrix theory and state conversion maps as tools,we classified the attributes the level of relations on the voice charges of M-zone music price packet service, and developed a diagnostic testing system based on J2EE platform,that can accurately find the user price packet service on the cognitive errors, and take remedial measures to reduce the complaints.And according to the users'test results, statistics is not easy to understand business rules, to give the reference for the future price packet service of design work.
