With the advancement and extension of Optical fiber, extensive attention is paid to the technique of Optical fiber sense in the field of industry, medical treatment and national defence. How to measure the parameters of liquid is the hot researching problem for the industries. It is the key problem for researching corresponding sensing technology.A method and operative technology for measuring the parameters of temperature and pressure are discussed in this paper based on fiber sensing technique. The system is suitable for the conditions of high temperature, glutinous and strong electromagnetic interference space.First starting with the realization of measurement system, the paper introduces the scheme to design and configuration. The system is composed of ray-launching module, transmission cable, sense module and signal-collection and signal-disposing module. The paper introduces the theory of how to measure the parameters of temperature and pressure in the system and accomplish the design and calculation of the configuration and parameters. It bases on the theory of reflective light intensity-modulated fiber optic sensor and the related characteristic between the rate of ray-permeating of GaAs wafer and actualizes the synchronization and real time measure. Simultaneity the paper introduces the design and function realized of the measurement system software. It is realized with the data collection interface clip of HK-PC812 and the system of Visual Basic. It finishes the debugging of software and hardware of the measurement system. Stability, repeatability, static and dynamic accuracy of measured system is tested in the end and the result and error of experiment is analyzed.Theory analysis and practical debugging indicate that both software and hardware design are correct and satisfy the requirements.
