Making use of the principium of omni-directional vision, this text designed an anti-blast monitoring system based on high-resolving omni-directional vision. The visual angle of this monitor is 360 degrees, as a result, it can supply a gap to the common visual monitor whose visual angle is singleness. At the same time, this system is very practicability, the system itself has the characteristic of dustproof, waterproof, rotproof, and it can be directly used in the man-trap because of it's strictly design for anti-blast which is realized by module compartmentalized. In addition, the resolving power of this system is high, and the long-distance monitor is realizable if the fiber is used.At the same time, we developed a high-resolution omni-directional vision monitoring system application software. The software starts the perspective development and cylindrical development based on the omni-directional vision development. It has a wealth of interactive features, in view of the various forms of image, it provides a wide range of monitoring mode. The application software is developed based on the software engineering. This paper carries out a feasibility of the system analysis, requirements analysis, general design and detailed design. At the same time, it raised the solution of the key technologies and difficulties, and ultimately completed a high-resolution omni-directional vision monitoring system application software.The ultimate outcome of this paper is a explosion-proof high-resolution omni-directional vision monitoring system and a high-resolution omni-directional vision monitoring system applications software.
