Radio frequency identification is a new automatic identification (RFID) technology which implemented the tracing and identification of multi-object successfully. Compared with the traditional recognition technology, RFID has the irreplaceable advantages. With the development and application of RFID technology, the success rating and speeding demands of tag identification are increasing, especially when a lot of tag existing or mobiling, the status is more complicated. Thus tag anti-collision technology is the key to the success of RFID system implemention.The collisions cycle will be more when the number of tags increasing significantly in the traditional search algorithms, a Hybrid Query Tree is introduced based on the 4-ary search mechanism and slotted back-off mechanism. To reduce the identification delay, slotted back-off mechanism is optimized in this thesis. The simulation results showed that the improved Hybrid Query Tree algorithm reduced the idle cycle and the system identification delay effectively.In the application of object tracing and monitoring, the number- of tags is changed dynamically and parts of tags are repeatably. On the basis of AQS algorithm and the extend Hybrid Query Tree algorithm, the LRQ mechanism is improved based on the back strategy. Simulation result showed that the improved algorithm reduced the system identification delay. The RFID simulation technology is researched in the thesis.
