The Research And Implement Of Web-based Educational Management Information System By Correspondence In Vocational Academy

With the rapid development of Internet technologies and applications, web database applications development has become the main stream and tendency.It is an effective means to improve the college's educational management level and promote college's management carrying out general management of the college's educational works through computer educational management system.In this article, we talk from about the status quo of adult higher education and analyze the problem of the management in education. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Management Information System(MIS)in Client/Serrver(C/S)and Browser/Server(B/S)mode, we design the concept of system,logic and physical database witch are based on SQL Server2000 database ; Thirdly,we developed the management system of teach by correspondence on the basic of the B/S. secondly We analyze the need of system,and finish designing,coding and testing by using the traditional structure way.And the system mainly completes the detailed designing,coding and test of the main mold pieces that include the system of student' management, the system of teaching plan,the system of course management ,the system of grade's management ,the system of teaching place and etc..The main techniques and characteristics are convenient, simple, real time and share quality. Then through the research of ID3 in decision tree and the investigation of students' information. ID3 is used in score analysis and a decision tree model, which can help educational decision-makers teachers discern the problems in teaching so that the educational plans and decisions can be optimized by the most effective use of information. The last part of the paper is the conclusion of the work and it also looks forward to the promising future of this research field.
