Recently, the Search Engine was using in the age of information. And the Vertical Search Engine has appeared for sufficing the field of specialty. It also gave us the analysis on the Robot in the Search Engine deeply and studied its process, elements, specific realization mode of offering extend interface. Mainly, in this model of picking up Web information it can reduce the redundancy of inefficacy web information. Secondly, the function model of Lucene was researched thorough, especially for the whole search system which was discussed by its advantage. On condition that it was studied its code can summarize the constructed process of Lucene index which its structure, the realization flow and elements has been built.Basically, it put up The Search Engine system with the whole searching foundation. Also, the collection of telephone information in web and the search foundation came true. The system extension of the Heritrix by the construction of the web site, get the high efficient of the information collection. The entire system index and the search part were constructed by the Lucene. The encapsulation of date was defined to the real requirement for system as the Document object during building the search index. To the gap for Lucene's Chinese-Analysis, JE system as the context analysis was brought. To make the default search field for users, it should be avoided the loss of capability by multi-fields. And at last the interface was taken for the extension function.
