In this paper, based on China ShannXi Post's call center, business requirement of that is summarized. Under the actual situation a call center service platform is developed by using the related web technology. The platform accesses customer information by the call center. By managing customer information it can improve efficiency of customer services. The management of related departments and employees ensures high operation efficiency of the call center. By using the method of module to expand the platform service, it can add various modules based on the platform to achieve a variety of services and meet the requirement of post call center diversified services.This platform is designed by the MVC pattern. It ensures the low coupling and it is easy to extend. Modularization design makes the structure of program clearer. The development efficiency is improved greatly. To meet the actual service requirement, fault report and response by telephone is implemented in this platform. Compared with the former way, more time is saved during the entire process.
