The ultraweak photons emitted spontaneously and constantly from living tissues, this phenomenon is called biophoton emission. The ultraweak photon emission is a general phenomenon of living systems. The inter function of biology system can be reflected from it. The vary regulation when biology system is stimulated by environment can be used in cancer diagnosis, drug fastness of germ, environmental monitoring, etc. The bioinformation is carried by biophotons, and many basic biology problem can be solved by interpret these information.The research of the ulraweak photo emission is usually by recurring to the detection equipment. The sample must be dealing with first. There are many types of equipment which can be used to detect the biophotons. They can be classificated to two kinds. One kind is build by photomultiplier; another kind is build by MCP. All of the equipments have the same disadvantage: they are just the detection equipment. The starting point of this paper is to considering the simulating source and the detection together. For the purpose of ensuring the consistency of measurement process, and eliminating the influence of the environment temperature, the temperature of the measurement environment should be under control. Thus the performance of the equipment is boost up.There are many types simulated source, such as: temperature, oxidants, metabolism inhibitors, metal ions, magnetic field, PH, radiation, light, etc. Temperature and light is the most important part of the biological living environment. Thus we select temperature and light as the simulated source. Using MSP430F149 as core controller; using semiconductor cooler as heating and cooling device, and selecting integrated temperature controller LTC1923 to control to control the darkroom temperature; Using the high brightness LED as the stimulated light source; selecting the special high brightness LED driving chip MAX16823 and combining the program to change wavelength and adjust the light intensity. System uses multiple measures to eliminate the possible noise; the background noise is below 50CPS, under the condition that the photomultiplier tube isn't be cooled. At the same time, achieving the aim of controlling temperature and light. Making the ultraweak photons emission research process more convenient. In practice, we detected the emission of some usual plants, and the detecting result is satisfying.
