Gird is the latest generation of distributed computing technology intended to organize resources dispersed in different geographical areas into a virtual super computer for the purpose to make it possible to comprehensively share computing resources, storage resources, data resources, information resources, knowledge resources, equipment resources, all of which are dynamic, heterogeneous, autonomous and widely distributed and cooperatively solve problems, thus fully utilizing resources left unused in the network and increasing resource utilization ratio. The spatial design data of large-scale distributed simulation is quite large, time consuming and demanding in computing environment. When distributed simulation makes full use of gird technology and they combined, there springs up a new generation of gird. Managing resources in so large distributed environment is a fairly complicated task. with the advantage of grid technologies, researching and constructing of simulation grid is an efficient way to improve current distributed simulation system, which can particularly overcome the disadvantages in resource management, allocation and so on.This paper puts forward an operational frame, improved on OGSA, which is designed on the basis of gird HLA/RTI distributed simulation to solve problems arising from distributed simulation system's incapability to dispatch resources. Thus, this paper makes a study of the systematical structure model of resource management of simulation grid, and it also elaborates in detail the communication mode.Managing and scheduling resources is a very complicated task. In many cases, simulation is a high camputing density task whose fulfillment requires support of high calculation capability. Moreover, Aiming at solving problem in resource scheduling and consideration of gird computing, the author proposes decomposition and loading balancing theory improved on GRAM to fulfill tasks with high computing density. Scheduling algorithm is a kind of key technologies which count much in the success of gird and it not only needs to accomplish tasks in the lest time ,but also considers fully the loading and balancing among machine system. This paper designs a task Scheduling algorithm applicable to gird environment, aims at solving problem of loading unbalance of Min-min method.
