As Ontology-based applications overspread widely, it is in vogue among domains of computer science and knowledge engineering that the combination with semantics web technology and Ontology. This paper, on another hand, focuses on applications of Ontology in the software engineering life cycle especially in the phases of requirement, by which the enhancement of requirement from nature language text level to knowledge base level offered the opportunity to approach to generation of component.Domain Engineering is widely used in reusable software engineering activities, which includes three phrases: domain analysis domain design and domain implementation. The former two phrases are in the feature-oriented level, which is deficult to enhance to semantic level. This paper approches to a trail in the beginning of requirement of domain softwrae enginerring.This paper firstly discusses the method of Ontology establishment both theoretically and practically. The comparison in this paper of Ontology query contributes the discovery of scripts auto-build relationship between Ontology reasoning and component customizing. The individual in Ontology can be easily adjusted and applied as the requirement in the semantic level, which can be mapped into the XML scripts to direct the component platform accomplishment of GUI.In the last part, this paper sets forth the software architect and implementation of auto-generation tool, and validates this tool within practical project.
