Research On Scheme For Includable Mode Optical Signal Transmission Systems Based On FTTH

Current along with information high speed development and unprecedented popularization, causes in the network the data quantity to become the explosivity to grow, the old transmission mode will be very difficult in the future to meet the network data need to develop. Frequency Modulation(FM) transmission technology is the recent years emerging development that applies to an optical fiber communications domain technology in Japan, This technology has demonstrated the good prospects for development in the FTTH(Fiber To The Home) correspondence domain in Japan.Now in Japan this technological development very quick, the conventional AM-SCM modulation mode is gradually replaced by the optical FM mode, the optical FM transmission mode overcome the disadvantage of short transmission distance, in the transmission process reduce distortion and the noise ,demonstrate its superiority.Optical FM includable mode optical transmission machine uses the optical FM transmission technology, its system including the optical FM modulator, BS/CS enhanced the frequency conversion, the exterior modulator of high-accuracy wavelength light source, the surveillance transducer. This article take the optical FM transmission machine project development as a background, introduced the design and the realization of the optical transmission machine core module.When designing FM laser temperature control driver module, using based on the flow design thought, has constructed based on windows2000 system HEW(High-performance Embedded Workshop) firmware production.The system uses this firmware to realize the function of the FM laser temperature check and the control. This firmware is the dual function the driver, from the hardware looked, it is an ordinary application procedure, looked from the software logic module, it has constructed the entire actuation software architecture, and has produced each module compliation document and the code document.Finally, through the performance and availability testing experiments based on various conditions, it has been proved that the system which we have designed can satisfy the expected requirement.
