Along with electronical-product industrialization and scaled developed, the price of electronical-product reduce evidently. But, in this competition age, in order to get survival space, the companys come about depend on high-speed, high-effect produce to reduce production cost. But, electronical-product depends on firmware support, to manifest specified capability, firmware need download to memory by programmer. So develop a high-speed, high-effect prorammer, will be welcomed by market.This paper regardings the development of download 10 chips programmer, firstly has given overall system's design frame. And, introduced how to design and realize the whole system in hardware system and software system. Hardware system devided by FS7805 system circuit design, FPGA periphery circuit design, Buffer circuit design, socket pedestal circuit design, two specified system power circuit design. Software system devided by IC program of FPGA, USB driver and firmware design, PC application software design.Lastly, summaries did work already,and statements improvment idea in the future.In develop idea, 10-OTP Prorammer have thereinafter three virtues:use USB2.0 interface high-speed module, download code by 480Mpbs, ensure download code in high-speed; control 10 chips appointment address simultaneity, download three kinds of encryption code, guaranteed download code veracity, security, effectively; the method program two FPGA realizes to control 10 chips simultaneity. To a great extent promoted the programmer progress.
