Academic Management System is a systematic project management techniques and teaching is the result of combining business. As a teaching the latest developments in information technology, educational management system to achieve the management of the day-to-day teaching, replaces the previous manual operations, reducing management staff strength, improve service quality, and meet the management staff, teachers, students and other parties concerned are required to enhance work efficiency .In the entire teaching management in a lot of data, such as a student's basic information and data, data courses, students examination results data, educational programs and data, and these data are complex and interrelated. If the data analysis from these can be very good for the teaching service, otherwise these data will become the abolition of the data. Mining data from a large number of day-to-day accumulation of data found potential, valuable information and knowledge, used to support decision-making. Data Mining share a wide range of potential commercial applications, knowledge management and knowledge discovery in the study of a promising new areas of application. Therefore, in the Academic Management System integration of data mining technology is the future direction of development, has broad prospects.In view of this paper work started. First papers on the origin of the subject, research significance, and the Senate at home and abroad of management systems, data mining on the status quo and development trend of proposed mining association rules. Then on the educational management system, data mining for a summary description of a comprehensive, systematic exposition of the Senate and the management of the design process and the basis of data mining theory and application of technology, discussed in detail the fuzzy association rules in the Senate Management System application of the system of selecting courses . On this basis, comprehensive and in-depth study of the fuzzy association rule mining technology, from the traditional analysis of the fuzzy association rule mining algorithm start, the algorithm leads to the deficiencies and propose an improved algorithm gives the performance analysis, and design and implementation of an algorithm model with experimental results show that the effectiveness of the algorithm. In theory discussed the application of association rules - associated classification to prove their superiority. Finally from the perspective of technology and applications management of the Senate in data mining applications, through empirical analysis, to discover and solve practical application of specific issues.
