A Designing And Implmenting For A Web Based Office Automatic System

On the last century,the world went into the era of the knowledge according with the revolution of the intbrmation technology.The using of information technology accelerated the knowledge's transfermation,procession,renovation,and to improve the capacity of corporation to use the information efficiently,so to improve the corporation's production and efficiency.Passed through nearly twenty years swift and violent development,the world's economy has becomed "productive ability overmuch" by the past "productive ability insufficiency".In this economy enviroment,the corporation is confronted with the pressure of competition which nerver was met,it includes information management,technology,person with ability and so no.thereinto,the information management mainly includes the information's integration,information's circulation,data's encrypt and so on,these are the mainly thctors to win the competition.According to the economy developes stabilly,went into the WTO,how to improve the management,depress the work repeatedly,to improve the work efficiency,to improve the service standard,becomes the problem of manager in government and corporation.This work puts forward to design a new OA,witch's function is perfectly,operation is easy,capability is excellent,according to the need of OA and the disadvantage of the exist OA nowadays.This paper mainly finished these works in next:(1) Study the access and control technology of current,according to the high frequency personnel translation,authority distribution is agility and multiplicity,we give a new technology bases on RBAC mainly,but connect the DAC and MAC,this method satisfy the needs of che enterprises and gor government.(2) According to the understanding of the structure system of CLASS-TYPE,this technology is fully applied in program designing to ensure the security,stability and the speed of the program.(3) for the sake of the secrecy in passing documents,we design a new method which is based on the ranks and the truly needs,it fits for the needing of enterprise and workers.(4) In order to ensure the optimization of systematic data visit,two kinds of data visit categories are taken into consideration.The research of this office automation system has taken some attempts on applications of role visit control and three-tier system of net,and obtains positive results.It is a convenient stable and efficient system.
