It is almost impossible to obtain an accurate mathematics model for the practical industrial process. The model under which the controller is designed is usually different from the real plant owing to linearizing approximations; the change of the operating environment errors and so on. Therefore, based-model the modern control theory is hardly used to analyze and synthesize a practical control system. The difference can be described as the model uncertainties. On the other hand, with net large-lag links and transmission etc. can be modeled as time-delay systems. The existence of delay is frequently a source of instability and deterioration of system pergormances, so the study of delay systems always attracts considerable attention in the control theory literature. Recently, someone have developed robust control theory for uncertain systems. Frankly speaking, these resultes almost based on continous systems. Impulsive control have attracted many attentions in international control group for its accomplish briefly, the lower cost, little wastage and so on. Impulsive control exists very abroad in some scopeses, such as electronic technology, transportation etc.. It also play an important role in chaos control and chaotic systems of secure communication. Now, impulsive control is one of the hot research in filed of control and engineering.These work of the point is uncertained time-delay system control method realization. Using the impulsive control theory to analyse with comprehensive actual the stability for these system. The system model is under the function of the impulsies, when the appearance occurrence change or change the sport track, aim to attain the designed results. The paper contained two parts, one part is using impulsive control to stabilized a type of uncertain time-delay system, the other one is the impulsive control to carry out two chaos systems synchronous. Its sameness are: Construct a suitable Lyapunov function and make use of comparison principle to get stability theory, proper in use the MATLAB software LMI tool box to solve. All have already computed the formula that corresponds stable district, and all have two number examples and emulation to explain the design process of the concrete impulsive feedback controller. Then, we comparing with former work of this aspect, show the advantage of our method. Its distinctness are: Impulsive control theory adhere to two system models, the one is uncertain systems with time delay and nonlinear disturbance, the other one is chaos systems. Using this method, I obtained a series of robust stability, robust exponentialstability and deduction or conclusion for unceration time-delay system. But for chaose systems, I gained impulsive stability theory.
