Nucleosome from the DNA and protein combination.There histone H2A,H2B,H3 and H4 of four,each of the two protein molecules to form a histone octamer,about 200 bp of the DNA molecule wrapped around histone octamer constitute a outside the core structure to form a nucleosome.Average length of 200 bpDNA;different organizations, different types of cells,as well as the same cell in different sections of chromosomes,the winding in the octamer histone core of the outside length of the DNA is different.200bp in this,146 bp directly entangled in the octamer histone core of the outside,the DNA can not easily be nuclease digestion,the remaining DNA is used to connect the next nucleosome. DNA with a negative charge,histone octamer with a positive charge.Negative charge with the rigidity of the DNA along with a positive anti-clockwise around the protein core about 1.75 supercoiled circlesTherefore,in eukaryotic cells,the basic structural unit is wrapped nucleosome core particle.Nucleosome as the basic structure of chromatin units.A large number of experimental results show that the formation of nucleosomes and chromatin for precise positioning of eukaryotic gene expression are necessary.Has now been determined that the structural characteristics of chromatin can affect gene expression.In the chromatin of,DNA package for transcription,replication and DNA repair process of genetic information can be an important causal relationship.In the activity of cells,the basic nucleosome packaging,dynamics and gene activity are closely related.Genetic process and pathology are dependent on the DNA in chromatin interrelated.In this paper,study at home and abroad on the basis of the combination of hydrodynamic interactions,to consider the DNA molecule and histone interaction.The establishment of hydrodynamic interaction of nucleosome dynamics model,and in the model,the realization of various parameters on the nucleosome winding the impact of the situation,including the group with protein consumption,the bending stiffnes of DNA,in addition to the tensile force.
