This dissertation describes a method of design and implementation of computer-aided scheduling system based on distributed wireless communications protocol, proposes a software development steps with cost advantages and completely self-development agreement, the project can be widely used in urban water supply , gas, industrial control and other industry sectors at the scene.In this dissertation, the user's actual need of the item is described detail, a system development and construction of the three parts is designed: scheduling center computer software, remote RTU systems and communication protocol. The RTU system using a PLC products, has the characteristics of stable,reliable and available. The system collects real-time data at the scene and transmits it to the jurisdiction station and the higher over the wireless. The jurisdiction station can transmit scheduling and control instructions over the wireless, these instructions can be executed by RTU. The system establishes a real-time water-supply scheduling system with multi-level scheduling and mixed wired and wireless communications. In the process of development. I read a great deal of relevant literature, consult the industry experts, go deep into the user's work environment, learn more about the actual status and demand, in this basis determine the objectives and scope with the staff of technology and management. In the ensuing development process the project executed according to the envisaged conduct.In the course of the development project, designing the communication systems and communication protocol is a key issue, we can see the common communication protocol is PROFIBUS, MODBUS, etc,from textbook, but the scene is complex, many nodes far from the control room, the furthest point of measurement of pressure has 6,500m far from the control room, our users are a part of public utility of city, they can use the ISM wireless frequency, so we design a solution with wireless radio, establish a detailed standardization of data transceiver, the system is advanced in the country, has great potential to future.The system has been applied in the city water supply company, at present the system is running stable, the data transmission is correct, and also provides the necessary data to decision-making. The project won second prize in scientific and technological improvement, and has a good market prospects.
