With the widespread development of the multimedia and network communicating technologies, the research and application of the next generation network are getting more and more attention of people, and IMS is the developmental direction of its core network. Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an important controlling protocol in IMS. Since it is simple, open and extensible, it obtains more attention. Meanwhile, PoC service is a wireless added-value service which is developing at the most full speed and has wide effect in wireless communication area. The paper presents a realization of the wireless PoC service based on IMS by using SIP. The paper is mainly about how to design PoC system' s structure and PoC system servers on the basic of SIP stack .The key work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the paper studies the architecture of SIP system and some open source SIP stacks, and it focuses on the reSIProcate which is one of the open source SIP stack. It also presents a proposal of the wireless PoC service based on reSIProcate.Secondly, it studies the work flow and the implementation way of SIP Core which is one part of the PoC system servers, and realizes the function of SIP Core. The function of SIP Core has two parts: registrar and proxy.At last, it discusses and realizes the design of PoC server which is another part of PoC system servers. This PoC server includes four function modules: SIP manage center, media buffer, floor control and database.
