The application of Fiber Grating Sensor(FBG)in recent several decades is playing important role in research of technology and industry fields.This thesis focuses on the way to design a interrogator system base on the high speed interrogation monitor(I-MON) produced by Ibsen Denmark.The low speed interrogators of FBG are now being used commonly.But the needs of high speed interrogator are mounting up,and there are no such high speed system in domestic market.The main task of this thesis is to demostrate the interrogator system in the low cost and high speed.Fist,demostrating the characteristics of I-MON module in practical application fields with the high speed DSP chip by the process of culculating the center wavelength of FBG..Second, building the high speed data bridge between the DSP's EMIF and different port (serial port for I-MON, FIFO port for USB), by using FPGA.Third,designing the software for data process and developing the way for the data interface on PC by using the VC++ platform.
