Because the technical of modern industrial measuring the diameter of round steel requirements increased, the subject uses advanced detection technology. Based on a study of multi- structured light vision measurement techniques to achieve online,real-time,stable,fast,non-contact measuring diameter of the large size round steel with online technologies. According to request building a measuring device its main includes three lasers and a camera and constitute a line structured light sensor. Major study:1. Based on a study of the structure of multi-structured light vision sensor to achieve large-size pipe diameter measurement method, and design a three-structured light vision sensor;2. Research on theory and methods based on the subject of one-dimensional camera calibration target, used precision ceramic balls to the design the one-dimensional target and complete the relevant experimental verification. One-dimensional target easy to carry, easy operation and low cost, maintainability, but calibration stability bad;3. Completed camera calibration based on free-position planer pattern, Study the calibration method using Perspective Projection of the cross-ratio invariance. Experimental results shows that calibration using free-position planer pattern has high accuracy and good practicality;4. Study the sub-pixel image feature extraction methods, including : hole and calibration feature points of the center of circle, in particular that based on the Hessian matrix to achieve high precision positioning;5. Established the experiment device, and completed the relevant large-size bar measurement experimental verification. |
