The system which based on OFDM and MIMO is the trend of the future development in telecommunication, especially in 4G, it is a key technique. As a combination of OFDM with space-time coding technique, MIMO-OFDM has recently received considerable attentions, which can not only effectively enhance the transmission rate and capacity of the wireless communication system but also effectively combat multi-path fading and interfere.The basic principle, implementing method, cyclic prefix and guard time of OFDM and MIMO technique are studied in this thesis. The pilot-based, LS and MMSE channel estimation for MIMO-OFDM Systems are researched on. The analysis and comparison of these algorithms is made by computer simulation under the wide-sense stationary uncorrelated scattering channel circumstance. Finally, the analysis and comparison of these algorithms is made by using MATLAB to complete the computer simulation. Then the implementation by DSP is given. |
