Research And Application Of Cluster-based Distributed Audits

Currently, China's social security system has been building, there are many difficulties in the source of funds, and in the process of the management and use of funds, there are still misappropriation, losses and waste, and many other issues. National Audit Office and municipal auditing organs has already begun a series of audits for social security funds. The project group served as a trial of the social security network audit, have been audit the social security founds by the social security network auditing system which developed by ourselves, conducted further search of cluster-based distributed audit.This thesis first discussed the implementation status of the China's social security system, analyzed in-depth on the problems that exist in reality, propose the audit programmes and practical technology in computer network environment, and analyzed on the main content of the social security system audit under the distributed environment, propose the basic requirements and system structure of the distributed audit, determined the subsystem functions and roles in the structure and expounded the collaborative relationship between the subsystems.Second, studied the pivotal technology on the process of distributed data collecting, gave the social security incremental data acquisition solutions, focused on the social security database incremental recognition technology, developed the analysis tools for automatic extraction of incremental data. In the incremental data update processing, combining features of the work of social security audit, early warning and online pre-audit module has been added to the social security audit, enhanced the efficiency of social security audit and lower the risk of the audit.Finally, studied the method on the processing of massive data with database cluster technology, analyzed on the division and placed of massive data on the social security by the database cluster middleware, researched on the requirements and achieved technology of inquiries the social security data under the distributed environment, loaded social security audit data in the audit cluster, and conducted preliminary tests.
