Classification protection system for Information security is an important aspect of national information security, and is also a political task for national security and social stability. Classification protection is a great demand for the current situation of information security. Classification protection system for Information security is just piloting in some city at home, there is no effective quantization model for classification and software to support it, which is the main barrier to carry it out. In 2007, the Ministry of Public Security, State Secrecy Bureau, the National password Authority and the State Council Informatization Office jointly issued The Management of Classification Protection for Information Security([2007]No.43), and the National technical committee for Information Security standardization composed The Classification Guide for Protection of Information System, given the processes and the overall framework for classification protection, it is significant for assessment, however, the classification calculation method in this guide is on macro-comparison, the quantization approach for the results of the assessment is to be improved by analysing the actual situation.
