Research On Encryption Technology In Telemedicine System

In the 21st century,with the progress of medicine, computers and high-speed communications tool applied, that the computer information applies to the medicine, such as remote medical consultation, remote medical education, multimedia information systems and so on, become a reality.In telemedicine system, according to the law, the hospital must encrypt to the patients'informations (which includes the images of patients) when they are transinated in the network. So the research in the paper based on encryption algorithm is very important. The paper mainly study the encrypt arithmetic about the pictures and files of the telemedicine system for the transmission in order to protect the privacy of patients.The details of the thesis are as follows:①The digital image encryption algorithm based on modern cryptogram system: Modern cryptogram systems have offered a good cryptic foundation to the one dimension digital signal, and the digital image is finally turned into one-dimensional binary data when transmitted. In principle, the methods of modern cryptogram system are suitable for the digital image encryption. Therefore, this paper based on the DES encryption of digital images improves the DES encryption algorithm for the application of digital images. The data from our experiments has showed that the encryption algorithm had obtained good effect on digital image and had a high security.②Document encryption algorithm based on hybrid cryptosystem: In the telemedicine system for the transmission of large data files, we take the combination of RSA encryption and DES algorithm. The Mixed Encryption Algorithm is provided with high speed and high strength encryption.③The transmission of encryption image on internet: Besides research on the digital image and files encryption algorithm, the thesis has study on the transmission of encryption data on internet, and we use the File Transfer Protocol to transmit them.
