Well Drilling yield is an important link and basis of its oil production. Data management, task decision-making is a very complex work. The subject of this research is to meet modern drilling information management needs, which can be achieved not only convenient and efficient for data management and maintenance, but also necessary for drilling platform locale guidance. Use .Net Remoting technology can be very convenient to build, deploy distributed systems, uphold the inter-process communication and support more communication protocols, which is feasible and efficient for building a cross-platform, efficiency, and scalability in one information system.This thesis is on the basis of intensive and extensive research of real situation firstly, according to actuality of oil field information resources, supervise mode etc, combining with multi-link technology, multi-user decentralization work of the actual situation. What's more, research the .Net Remoting technology in remote transaction. In terms of distributed system and web collaboration, carry out the well drilling information resource systems design and analysis, decide the method of system development, design principles, the integral structure and functions of the division of the specific module. Secondly, put forward the corresponding database design principle, establish database which is associated the data of production with multi-user information-sharing. Finally, describe well drilling practical application which is use of .Net Remoting technology in detail, also gives the method of the Windows service host application, the accessing of data remote object, the transmission mechanism and the scheme of document transmission and so on..Net Remoting-based well drilling information resources system meets the current operating system performance, scalability, maintainability, flexibility, and other requirements. Then, test and applications system , and achieve the desired goal.
