Along with the computer, the network and the imagery processing technology development, the medicine imagery processing technology in aspects and so on clinical diagnosis, teaching scientific research has played the vital role. The medicine diagnosis must draw support (high grade to the medical image for example CT, X light, B) the analys is realizes. But many hospital tradition medical image management way is obsolete; The image material effective storage life has certain flaws; Doctor's diagnosis opinion is unable to retain in medical record files and so on primitive in image material; Some image material had not achieved the standard request the clarity, the cause diagnosis result is inaccurate. Realizes the medicine image computer management and image intensification processing, solves the hospital above problem regarding the whole, will have the huge society application value.This article mainly realizes the image using the partial differential equation method to peak, smoothly, medicine image and so on the demonizing enhancement processing. This article algorithm may obviously enhance is strengthened the image the visual quality. Simultaneously in order to enhance doctor's diagnosis accuracy and the efficiency, the present paper has designed the image multiplication and image survey, computation and data modules and so on management, and uses the computer Windows technology, the operation contact surface icon and so on. Causes this system to have to image enhancement processing and the printout processing function, simple survey and computation, functions and so on image management.
