Handover Design And Implementation In A Kind Of Soft Base Station Structure Mobile Communication System

Soft base station communication system has been used because of its high adaptability. This paper gives a Handover scheme after research a kind of soft base station structure mobile communication system.In this thesis, the network structure of the soft base station communication system is introduced first. Then describe the handover design. The principle of handover is listed as the main principle in this design. And in the handover design part, This paper describe all the correlative areas in the handover system like handover scheme, handover flow, handover control, handover arithmetic and so on. The particular design idea is shown in the handover system. The handover system is not only be used in the call process, but also be used in the pre-call process. In this paper, the call process is first considered as a handover process. The handover flow is designed base on the handover control mode, For the handover target to main base station and sub base station, two handover flows are designed. In the handover control area, handover queue and resource dynamic remain strategies are used. The design of handover arithmetic is base on 3GPP protocol, but rework it for the different network structure. The log system is not only be used for record logs, but also be used for control handover.In the implementation part, Software is developed base on design. At the end, by test the design, it is proved to be correct.
