With the trends of gradually intensive competition in current market, the manufacturing incorporates, which were located in the supply chain of the same product, are developing towards working together, information sharing and cooperation in the new product's design process, in order to enhance the final product's viability in competition and adaptability to the variety markets. Meanwhile, the advantage of the Grid-technologies, such as sharing for the isomerous resources, distributed cooperation and open technical standard, facilitate the collaboration on the net. Therefore, the thesis works out a decision supporting system (DSS) for the cooperation on supply chain based on grid circumstance, introduces the structure and the principle for the system; and it emphasizes the decision-maker module design based on Agent, expounds the task allocation and schedule based on Grid.Firstly, the thesis summarizes the current status of the studies on the supply chain cooperation; studies the DSS and Grid technique, and analysis the contribution, given by the Grid technique, to the DSS'development. Base on this, considering the characteristic of cooperating design process, it works out the DSS for the supply chain cooperation in the area of design, and elucidates the function of the system's module.Secondly, it expatiates the decision-maker module design, gives out a uniform structure, based on Agent technique, for two kinds of roles: decision sponsor and decision responsor. Then it studies the modeling consequence theory, and advances an ameliorated algorithm.Thirdly, in the aspect of task allocation and schedule, this thesis studies the fundamental theory of task allocation, load balance theory, and summarizes the current studies of task schedule. Therefore, it gives the system's task allocation schedule, integrating task match and task allocation, then advances an ameliorated algorithm for task allocation based on ant algorithm.Finally, it constructs the system in the simulative Grid circumstance implemented by J2EE, and illustrates its main module's function, hence tests the feasibility and validity of the system.
