In the electronic test&analysis aera, there is a trend that many new theries are adapted in those electronic instruments, which are more digitized and software based.The digital signals'processing algorithm has become more complexed and more real-time required, thus increases the mount of computing overload. The bottleneck of massive digital signals' processing pressures us to introduce parallel processing technology of mainframe computer into digital signal processing.Massive levels of parallel processing for hardware and software have already existed. While signal processing implementations taking advantage of parallel processing of several chips of DSP are paid more and more attentions recently. The difficulty in designing of parallel processing system of multiple processors includes schedulering between different processors and realization of parallel algorithm. Study of parallel processing should consider the connectivity of processor and the parallelism of signal process algorithm.In conclusion, finding an interconnection of low transportation overload and improving the efficiency of task shedulering and parallelism of signal process algorithm have been the foremost important issures to slove.This paper mainly focuses on the parallel system design of multiple digital signal processors, ranging from the structure system and the application for parallel processing of DSP to the parallism of digital process algorithm. A detailed discussion of the processor, parallel network architecture and task schedulering and parallel algorithm is given. Finally a platform of multiple TigerSHARC@DSP is build, based on which is the parallel system composed of VDK(RTOS) and digtal process algotithms like FFT,IIR and FIR so on. |
