Memory modular is now widely used in embedded system.NAND Flash is the best choice for the reason of that most embedded products are portable and use less power .This article discussed the problem of how to build NAND Flash embedded- memory modular basing on FAT document system in MCU--FS7805 which is researched by FameG, and it expands two difficult points—the programming of APLIF modular and the NAND Flash drive layer.In the part of APLIF modular programming, the author espanded how to distribute the registers of APLIF modular to generate time-series.In the final of this part,the author also introduced how the undee configurations discribing the registers to control the operations of NAND Flash.In the part of NAND Flash drive layer programming,the anthor firstly gave a simply whole introduction of NAND Flash,and then expanded the even daubing,speed optimization,address mapping,fragment arrangement and so on. At last,he gave a flow chat of the whole operation of NAND Flash.This design of embedded memory modular now successfully used in the embedded equipments such as fingerprint encryption U disk,internet PHS ,EEC and so on.Although there is a gap between our device and the professional equipment in speed,we have advantages in some special field.
