The autonomous navigation system of spacecraft is a kind of navigation system that is able to work in complex environments with the capacities of self-organizing and self-planning. Nonlinear filter algorithms is a hot issue concerned in researching on such kind of navigation system. Its aim is to occur the fairly communication delay for ground navigation causeing by large distance of deep space exploration and make the spacecraft to move purposely and do the job without aids. With the supports of Tenth Five-Year 863 Program-Autonomous Navigation Technology of Deep Spacecraft and The Test of Deep Spacecraft Autonomous Navigation Simulation System, the dissertation studies the application of kinds of nonlinear filtering algorithms to the autonomous optical navigation system of deep space exploration, proposes several nonlinear filtering algorithms based on the Bayes and applies in the autonomous optical navigation system.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1. The significance of deep space autonomous navigation system technology and the advance of related research are introduced. The orbit dynamics models for small celestial body exploration mission are established. The principle and the error of the autonomous optical navigation system are analyzed.2. Based on the relative orbit dynamics equations, different autonomous optical navigation system methods are proposed for cruise and circle flight phases. Meanwhile, the referenced parameters'selection and the errors in the process are analyzed.3. The mixed Wavelet-UKF algorithm is proposed by introducing wavelet function because of the influence of initial condition to the state estimation,and applied to the autonomous optical navigation system,through which the pinnacle can be filtered and also get the better filtering effect.4. One SR-CDKF algorithm is proposed aiming at the high computational complexity of the CDKF algorithm,and applied to the autonomous optical navigation system,which can promote the running speed as well as the filtering precision.5. The combined Wavelet-UPF algorithm is studied by appling wavelet function to the Particle Filter because of the variance of importance weights of UPF algorithm,and applied to the autonomous optical navigation system,which can promote the filtering precision.6. One SR-UPF algorithm is proposed aiming at the high computational complexity and unstability of the UPF algorithm,and applied to the autonomous optical navigation system,which can promote the running speed as well as the filtering precision.
