Presently most enterprises have the outdated application environment consisting of isomerous systems, applications, business flow and data source. Making full use of the original information system, to establish a low-priced, open and flexible enterprise application integrated system has become the key to the establishment of enterprise informationization. With the on-going CSSRC digital demonstration project as the background, expound the designing scheme and realization technique of the low-priced, open and flexible ship hydrodynamics integrated designing system(ESHIDS), that is Web application integration with SOA on J2EE based on middleware.By integrating the concrete requirements of this project, propose the realization of enterprise application integration system with the designing concept of service-oriented architecture (SOA) based on middleware, after analysing the deficiencies in the traditional enterprise application integration technologies.Then Web Service as the SOA-related concepts and realization technologies is introduced. the SOA-based EAI is analysed its integrated principle and advantages. The analysis, design and realization of ESHIDS system are expounds in great details, including analysis of the system requirements and the available resources by adopting SOA concept, envelopment of the available resources to Web service, binding and arrangement of the atomic service and flow-forming,deployment and monitoring of services on middleware, realization of client interfaces and services-invoking with Struts framework and Ajax technology, designing of database structure and realization of permanent data with Hibernate. The successful development of ESHIDS will provide a feasible integration and inter-communication scheme between various isolated systems in China's shipbuilding field, with a great increase in the ship designing efficiency as the result.The middlewares in this pape includes Enterprise Service Bus OpenESB integrated various middlewares, Application Server GlassFish as network software infrastructure and Hibernate as database middleware. The enviroment constituted by these middlewares ensures that whole ESHIDS system run well.
