With the rapid development at technology of computer networks and mobile phones, it is urgent need to develop communications of wireless data and voice in some range .AdHoc network is a no wired infrastructure network support mobile network, nodes in which is mobile host. in AdHoc network, when two mobile host in each others communication range, they can direct communication. To establish a genuine mobile AdHoc networks, the current technology will be faced with tremendous challenges, and the technical complexity of such network could be far beyond our imagination. At this stage the Mobile AdHoc network based on Bluetooth technology is a convenient option. Because Bluetooth has completely resovled the technical details of a network nodes in many layers.Introduce a digital wireless communications technology standards in short-range, aimed at creating a open standard of the combination with software and hardware ,provide a toot for different device's interoperate and cross-development operation. The tool is Bluetooth technology. Existing approaches have relied on time outs, based on absolute time limits to exit device discovery, cannot limit the size of piconet are no satisfactory . In this paper we introduce a novel approach to the problems of device discovery and scatternet formation for the Bluetooth standard .Based astochastic model for Bluetooth device discovery and prove that a protocol based on very simple local rules generates a topology with high probability is connected. Based on this we develop a new protocol for device discovery and scatternet formation for multi-hop BlueTooth networks .By NS2simulations we show that our solution is simple to implement ,fastand requires ove overhead, and leads to better performance .
