VoIP Voice Obtaining Technology In Terms Of SIP Protocol

As the science and technology developing recently,it is true that speech disposition already interact with people's daily life.With the digital and network of speech signal,VoIP is coming in our world.VoIP(Vice over IP) is a fast developing technology of voice communication.The key technology of the development of VoIP is signaling technology.The protocol archeitecture of SIP is very simple and easy to realize,and SIP is convenient to expand.All these advantages show that SIP is fit for the future development of network.This concept comes from the popularization of IP phone and the wide application of voice platform. VoIP voice obtaining technology will soon become a blind spot of the voice supervision system. In order to catch up with the new trends, it's applicable to study and research the VoIP voice obtaining technology based in SIP protocol, and put it into the use of the alarm system like "110", in which voice is necessary to be monitored. This system, as an embedded module for the original voice information platform, is very practical and operable, which can easily help solve the problem of IP phone voice obtaining and voice data storage.This article first analyzes the network structure and working theory of the voice obtaining system in the original voice information platform. Also we come to a general scheme of module architecture in the voice obtaining system, which includes: SIP Stack,SIP UA,Call Control,Route Manage,Resource Manage,Media Control, Encode/Decode,File Manager,Voice Play and User Interface.The architecture and realization of Route management module and calling control module is the key point in this article. So, the realized process of those two modules is key listed. Finally, we have described that this system as a module of the original 110 alarm system which is embedded for testing, has achieved a sound effect, and basically realize the obtaining and storage to VoIP.
