Research On Model And Tools Of Information Mining Based On Computational Intelligence

Data mining is an advanced operation process of identifying valid, novel, potentially useful, and ultimately understandable patterns from huge volume of data, therefore data mining is also a process of pattern recognition and discovery. Computational Intelligence is a branch of artificial intelligence, on which the research is very active and relatively successful. Computational Intelligence is a subject which acquires and expresses knowledge to realize intelligent simulation with the method of computing. The methods of computational intelligence concentrated the latest results of knowledge in many fields, which can be used in classification, clustering, analysis, forecasting, modeling, and other tasks of data mining with the patterns of data-centralization. The most obvious characteristics of data mining based on computational intelligence are simulating the human thinking and processing data flexibly, and computational intelligence methods by themselves have adaptive and self-organizing learning mechanisms, which do not require precise models of the question itself, independent of knowledge expression, but directly process the input data and acquire the results.This paper analyzed the status and development of data mining and computational intelligence, and introduced the basic concepts, models and methods of data mining and computational intelligence. Aiming at the problem to solve for information mining, we summarized and constructed the neural networks, support vector machines, genetic algorithms, rough sets, and other computational intelligence models to realize the classification, clustering, analysis, forecasting, data mining, and other tasks of data mining, which are propitious to the problems of information mining. We also analyzed the characteristics of different computational intelligent mining models and practical tasks of information mining.According to computational intelligent models applied to information mining, we designed and developed data mining system based on computational intelligence——information mining tool kits based on computational intelligence. Information Mining Tool Kits (CI-InfoMiner) are supported by relational database as the underlying data, including data cleaning, data conversion, data extraction, information mining, evaluation of results, knowledge expression and other information processing in the various stages of information mining, which defined the standard input/output formats and secondary development interface of information mining tools (algorithm module).Based on the computational intelligent information mining model to the database for oilfield exploration and production of experimental data, we use information mining tool kits for identification of the flood, sedimentary facies identification, complex lithology model clustering, stratigraphic correlation and other Oilfield practical problems, which have achieved good effects.
