Seismic image is composed of many stripe lines, these lines are absolutely necessary evidence for judging the seismic structure fault, so we need an enhancement technique to make the stripe lines more clear and to set up good foundation for explaining seismic information, it is very meaningful for oil field exploration. Because of this point, I studied the technique of seismic data denoising and the method of processing image based on partial differential equation, particularly explores the method of nonlinear filtering based on partial differential equation. The article roots in higher education institutions mainstay inaugurating item"Investigate the nonlinear coherence enhancing diffusion technology to seismic image sequences".This article introduces seismic exploration principle, producing procedure, exploration terminology firstly, then analyzes the sources and classifies of the seismic signal noise, lists the common methods of seismic denoising and their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore it draws out the partial differential equation denoising technology, and introduce its model derives, the developing process and the denoising principle. Thus it indicates that the coherent enhanced diffusion filter technique can enhance linear texture image edge perfectly. When it is used in seismic image processing, it not only removes noise but also enhances the coherent axis, so it has practical significance. This article adopts median filtering, P-M filtering, nonlinear coherent enhancing diffusion processing to denoise and compares the images. The result indicates that the algorithm used in processing seismic image has good holding edges and denoising characteristics, the result is satisfying.
