The degradation will happened in image processing,because of error in optic system,diffraction in optic imaging,nonlinear aberration in imaging system,nonlinear sensitivity of film,relative motion in image processing,effect of atmospheric onflow,entironment random noise and so on.So,these mean must be taken to remove or reduce the degradation and restore the original image,namely image restoration.With the development of society productivity,image restoration technology has already far broken through the early application,is widely applied to a lot of fields,such as scientific research,industry,agriculture,military technology,government,health care,etc.So it is necessary to discuss the question of image restoration in this paper.Process of image restoration has two phases in the paper:pretreatment is done before restoration in the first phrase;image is restored in the second phases including finding PSF and restoration filter.Pretreatment is essential for image restoration,because degradation image is often dirtied by noise.Pretreatment is preparative work before restoration through image denoising and image enhancement.Image denoise and image enhancement is in wavelet domain in this paper.In second phrase,image restoration includes two steps:the first step is to solve point spread function(PSF);restoration filter is performed in the second step.It always is difficult to find PSF in image restoration.A novel method:namely,training by DNA-Genetic Algorithm(DNA-GA)to solve PSF is proposed in the paper.On the other hand,restoration filter also is difficulty.Luckily,two novel ideals is putted forward in this paper:the one is that improving on tradition wiener filter,wiener filter parameter not only is selected adaptively with noise but also is optimize by DNA-GA;the other is that we regards image restoration as multi-objective programming(MOP),combined allround factor to obtain better monolithic effect,furthermore,two multi-objective image restoration model is showed.These methods break traditional way.These methods obtain excellent result in experiment.Restoration effect improves obviously,compared with old image restoration way.Testified by experiment,the novel methods which is putted forwarded in the paper break a new path to image restoration.
