OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) is a new optical imaging technology, which based on low coherence interference technology. It has many advantages such as high resolution and non-contact measurement. It has been widely used in medicine, biology and other fields. Our team presented a new all-fiber OCT system based on the basic principles of OCT. In this system the signal light and referential light are all through the two arms of Interferometer, so we needn't adjust the arms when the position of detector is changed. The Faraday Mirrors eliminate the disturbance caused by the change of polarization state. A narrow-band light source is introduced in the system as reference light source to enhance the axial positioning accuracy. The main work of this paper is to carry out the system control and data acquisition and display function. This text has launched the following work:1. The main function of the control system based on the system's basic structure and the basic principles is researched. The control system is divided into data acquisition, display and preserve control module, intensity matched control module, axial scanning module, synchronization control module, depth calculate and waveform display module. The final objective of control system is established.2. The data acquisition, display and preserve control module, intensity matched control module, axial scanning module, synchronization control module, depth calculate and waveform display module is established. The software needed in establishing the structure of the system is designed. The control and data acquisition and display system of the new all-fiber OCT system is successfully completed.3. The synchronization of the data acquisition system is tested. The appropriate axial scan rate is determined through theoretical analysis and experiment. The linearity and stability of the axial scanning module in the system control is tested and analyzed. The test result shows that the data acquisition was synchronization. In the control process, optical path with voltage changes is closed to linear. The linearity is about 6%, and the repeatability is about 0.2%. It shows that the system is very high stability. Finally, the thickness of the wave plate is measured by the system. The result of the measurement is 147μm, closed to its actual thickness of 150μm.
