Dim Moving multi-target tracking with more and more applications become academic research. It is a multidisciplinary, multi-sectoral, multi-areas of common concern by high-level key technology, but it is also a difficulty in this area.It has low SNR, less available information and other issues. It brings some difficulties for target tracking.Firstly, this paper introduces the concepts of weak point tracking, the basic principles, the status at home and abroad, the focus and the development of a system in current research, and does some research about the basic theories of Information Fusion, algorithms, major functions and so on. On those basises, this paper combines the classic Kalman filtering and information fusion technologies and design three data integration processes: the first data integration based on the distance-measure,the first data integration based on the curvature-measure,the third data integration based on smooth matching probability, in order to improve tracking accuracy, realize the data association of the overlapped tracking window, design the point multi-target tracking system based on the Kalman filter. In experiments,I use Matlab platform for the proposed of simulation experiments. It is simple and effective, particularly suites for the original PDAF single-target tracking system on the expansion.
