The internet is a tremendous, complex and open network, on the macro view, it is constituted by thousands autonomy system (AS), which connected with each other by special line or the public network. ASes exchange routing information using the Border Gateway Protocol(BGP).BGP allows each AS to chose its own administrative policy in selecting the best route, declaring and accepting the route from its neighbors. The AS topology structure show the different connection and import or outport policy. Since the rapid development of commercial agreements between administrative domains. For example, an AS sets its policy so that it does not provide transit services between its providers. So AS relationships are an important aspect of Internet topology structure, from which we can examine the interconnection and parameters of network administrated by different domain, which can provide data for network optimization and entrance. This article firstly introduced the basic concepts of the AS layer and important significance of the study of Autonomous system. We used data that American university of Oregon caida project uses skitter tools promulgated on the Internet, pretreatmented under the linux operating system, then find community in internet AS network layer by the traditional method of sharing spectrum based on laplace matrix, and meanwhile, we produced a SQL database of AS attribute by collecting online AS attribute information and based on this, programmed AS attribute processing system by using the OLE technology of the PowerBuilder, then obtain AS attribute information through processed the community documents which have been processed by the AS attribute processing system. Finally, we drew the coordinates of latitude, longitude AS Societies map under the origin to show the geographical characteristics of AS communities.
