With the rapid development of mobile computing, internet, database and distributed computing technology, mobile computing has become a new research direction. Mobile computing technology will enable computers or other intelligent devices to implement data transmission and resource sharing in the wireless environment. Its function is to provide any clients with useful, accurate, timely information anywhere at any time. This will greatly change people's lifestyles and work methods. Mobile computing in mobile Web services can provide people with more convenient and flexible services and will further enhance the use of the Web services and applications. The concept of mobile Web QoS to be proposed reflects today's mobile Web applications to meet the pressing demand for QoS control. How to construct highly efficient mobile services computing model and improve the performance of mobile Web services and mobile Web QoS has become one of the hot spots in the field of mobile computing.The thesis firstly analyses and researches key technologies used in computing application such as reflection middleware, Web QoS control technology and Web services performance optimization technology. On this basis, in view of the characteristics of mobile computing,we designed the reflective middleware-based mobile service computing model (RMSCM) ,which includes environmental awareness layer, middleware layer and server layer. In this model, the use of reflective technology allows applications check the status of the resource running in the server and and dynamically re-adjust system resources in order to meet the resource needs of the specific application; The introduction of Web services performance optimization model based on context-store, which reducing the size of message in the network improves the performance of Web services; The adopting of Web QoS controller,which providing strategy scheduling, resource allocation and admission control provides a quality assurance services. At the same time, we analyse and compare the performance and related method of Web QoS controller and Web services performance optimization controller. Based on the model, we designed and developed a mobile tourism platform application system based on RMSCM and verified our RMSCM model effectiveness and feasibility proposed in our thesis.
